Mary Ortman is a Client Care Representative and Receptionist who brings extensive experience in customer service and a lifelong love of animals to Crescenta Cañada Pet Hospital. Having worked with animals in many capacities throughout her life. From pet sitting, grooming, to retail management, Mary is dedicated to providing exceptional service and helping clients feel comfortable and confident in their pets’ care. She is known for her strong client communication skills, attention to detail, and positive, welcoming presence at the front desk. Outside of work, Mary enjoys playing piano, music and film production, studying language and culture, traveling, and learning about history.
