Kathryn Neal (she/they) is a dedicated Client Care Representative with a passion for creating positive experiences for clients and their pets. Originally from San Diego, CA, Kathryn has always had a deep connection to animals, having grown up with pets and initially aspiring to become a veterinarian.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and currently pursuing a Master’s in Library and Information Sciences, Kathryn brings a unique blend of communication skills and organizational expertise to their role. Their strengths lie in client relations and engaging interactions, ensuring every patient visit includes a warm and welcoming experience.
Kathryn takes pride in handling sensitive moments with compassion, particularly during euthanasia, recognizing the importance of providing support in difficult times.
Outside of work, they enjoy cross-stitching and are passionate about animal rights, social justice, and LGBTQ+ advocacy. Kathryn shares their home with their partner, Sebastian, and two beloved cats, Willem Dafoe and Cassiopeia.
